About Fed Ex: Fed Ex does not count weekend days or holidays. A FedEx Overnight order shipping on Friday will be delivered Monday. Likewise, a Fed Ex 2 day order shipped Thursday will be delivered on Monday, and a 2 day order shipped on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
International Orders: We can accept international orders with a credit card that has the same billing address as the ship to address.
Returns We sincerely hope you're delighted with each and every item you purchase from our store. But, if you're not satisfied, we'll do our best to make you happy. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days, in original condition. No returns on custom or specialty orders.
Returns for Credit: If you just want to return a product for credit back to your credit card, please contact sales@tacticalattic.com to receive a RMA# if you fall within the 30 day money back guarantee policy. Just put the item in an appropriate box (you can usually use the same box it came in), and send it back to us with the RMA# clearly maked on the outside of the package. Please include your name, order number (if you have it), and email address. Priority mail is usually cheapest and fastest. We will credit your card within 7-10 business days from receiving your return, and we will mail you out your corrected credit slip to your billing address.
Returns for Exchange: If you like the product but it's just the wrong type of item for your needs, you may return it for an exchange within 30 days. You can email sales@tacticalattic.com and we can tell you if we offer what you would like to exchange it for and we'll get your exchange started and set aside for you.
On credits, we will credit your card for the amount of the merchandise only.
Shipping ammo or Hazmat products (ORM-D) label.
All items that require the ORM-D label such as cleaning products, ammo, other miscellaneous items will be assessed a $20 fee for shipping through UPS. This fee will not show up on checkout. I don't like it either, but those are the rules...
